According to the scriptures
Vaastu is termed as the complete understanding of the five major concepts that influence the life of a person, that is, environment, physics, direction, topography and geography. Vaastu Dosh is said to be a result of some form of impulsive planning and also pertaining to the architectural methods that might seem a little unorganised. The positions of the planets have been studied by the Vedic Gurus before the Vaastu places were identified by them.
